Rat's Nest Caves - Canmore Caves - Canmore (near Banff)
The adventure begins with a 30 minute hike up a mountain trail to the entrance. Knowledgeable guides take you on a Natural History tour of this exciting underground world – through twisting passages and chambers of stalactites & stalagmites, animal bones and fossils.

Gargantua Cave & Cleft Cave - Crowsnest Pass
This one might not be for your family. Alpine Caving is a very STRENUOUS activity; it takes place in a remote mountainous area where rescue is notoriously difficult and protracted; it is a serious undertaking and not suitable for everyone.
All participants must have a high level of fitness and backcountry hiking/camping experience.
