Many of the foreign language search options I found were really just advertising directories listing possible sites, but many of the sites they listed proved to be of little value. After weighing six factors (number of primary speakers, number of secondary speakers, number and population of countries where used, number of major fields using the language internationally, economic power of countries using the languages, and socio-literary prestige) he has developed a ranking system.
