The 35-acre campus of the American College has been carefully developed as an arboretum for nearly 40 years.
To date the inventory includes about 600 trees of a wide variety of species. Each tree is labeled, making identification easy for students. As well as for study, visitors use the Arboretum for a pleasant stroll through beautiful grounds or to enjoy a picnic. Twice per month a special Arboretum Program is offered to individual adults. Groups, including School Groups, can arrange an educational program at other times. Call for further details.
Hours: Grounds open daily, dawn to dusk.
